Oaklands Food Garden
Wherever possible, produce is grown in the Oaklands Farm permaculture gardens, cooked and served with love, ‘farm-to-table’ style. We try to use seasonal and local produce with no-fuss, no fancy bells and whistles, just beautifully cooked healthy food that is deliciousness in itself.
Included in your farm stay is a simple continental and farm-cooked breakfast, with eggs from our happy chickens served with other delicious farm produce, such as our amazing grass-fed hormone- and antibiotic-free raw milk or kefir and homemade poached pears and muesli.
The Cultured Whey’s naturally fermented gut health and immunity tonics are produced on the farm and will be a part of your daily all-round health experience.
Our uncomplicated but exquisite farm-style dinners and light lunches by Chef Johnson, under the direction of well-known Chef Kathy Romer-Lee, will also be included in your stay.
